How Do You Even Take Care of a Kalanchoe Plant? (6 อ่าน)

The Kalanchoe plant care starts with providing the right amount of light. That means making sure its getting enough light – but not too much. It likes to grow in bright, indirect sunlight. Ideally, that means a spot near a window where the sun has been filtered and toned down a bit - like through a curtain. If you give it too much direct sun, the leaves will probably get scorched. And if it's in too low light, it's likely to just stop flowering altogether.
When it comes to soil for your kalanchoe, make sure its well draining. You don't want it to be sitting in water all day - that's just asking for soggy roots. Just water it when the top layer of soil feels dry to the touch. And since it's a succulent, it can hold onto water, so there's no need to water it all the time.
For the plant to stay healthy keep an eye out for spent flowers and trim off any stems that start to get a bit leggy. And if you want it to do really well, feed it with a light fertilizer towards the end of the growing season.
