Caregiver support groups , facilitated by our licensed Social Workers, offer a safe place for caregivers to learn from one another by sharing experiences, challenges, coping strategies, and humor. The goal is to help caregivers care for themselves through education and empowerment. Groups are open to caregivers who live in (or are caring for someone who lives in) Carver, Hennepin, Scott, or Wright county and caring for an older adult or someone with a cognitive diagnosis.
