Think of the day when rural women could earn money independently, feed their families, and make a career without leaving their home places.Rural women employment may become the tool to help to make such a dream come true. Nonetheless, lack of access to vocational education, appropriate employment opportunities, and information technology does not allow many women to join the labour market.

Vision India Talent Foundation tries to solve this problem thanks to various initiatives connecting skills training and employment possibilities. The model of rural employment offered by the organization includes the creation of BPO centres in rural locations and assistance to women in exploring different professional positions in customer support, data entry, and other activities.

The access of women to the means of making a living leads to positive outcomes going far beyond particular families.
