U4GM ARC Raiders Battening Down Tips and Rewards (3 อ่าน)
30 เม.ย 2569 13:15
Apollo's Battening Down job in ARC Raiders looks like a quick walk along the coast, but the game doesn't exactly paint big arrows on the sand for you. If you're pushing through Riven Tides early, maybe saving resources or checking guides between runs for ARC Raiders Coins, this quest is worth clearing as soon as it pops up. You've got three bits to handle: inspect damaged seawall concrete, take a shoreline sample, and repair an oil leak out by the pipes. None of it is hard in a fight, but the interact points can be easy to miss when ARC patrols are sniffing around.

Where to inspect the seawall damage

Start with the seawall if you spawn near the north or central coast. Head for Wavebreaker and look for the long concrete barrier running across the water's edge. You're after the broken section, not just any random bit of cracked concrete. There's a large gap in the structure, with shipping containers close by, and the damage is on the surface near that break. Walk right up to the edge until the prompt appears. You don't need to bring a camera or equip anything special, so don't waste time digging through your inventory. Tap the prompt, get the photo logged, then move. This area is open, and players love watching it from a distance.

How to grab the shoreline sample

The sample is over toward Azzurro Beach, on the western side of the northern shoreline. From the hotel area, move a little north and follow the wet sand near the water. What you're looking for is a patch of washed-up plant matter, more like algae or seaweed than a normal loot object. It doesn't stand out much until you're close, which is why a lot of people run straight past it. Slow down for a few seconds and sweep the waterline. Once the analyze prompt shows, hold the button and you're done. If you hear gunfire from the hotel, don't get greedy. Finish the scan and cut away along the beach.

Finding the leaking oil pipe

The oil pipe is the one that tends to waste the most time. It sits far to the northeast, past Wavebreaker, where the huge pipes stretch out toward the sea. Follow the coast east and keep your eyes low, near the point where the pipe meets the sand and shallow water. The leak itself isn't screaming for attention. The best clue is the oily shine on the water, that rainbow slick you'll notice once you're close enough. Step in, hold the repair prompt, and let the animation finish. Try not to start this while exposed from three angles. If another squad rolls up, back off and reset rather than dying with two objectives already done.

A clean route and the reward

Your route should depend on the spawn, not on some perfect map plan. West spawn? Do Azzurro Beach first, then move east to the seawall and finish at the pipe. East spawn? Patch the pipe, check Wavebreaker, and leave the beach sample for last. You can split the quest across different raids, but it feels much smoother in one coastal sweep if the lobby stays quiet. Bring a mid-range weapon, use concrete supports as cover, and don't stand still after an interaction. Once you extract, report back to Apollo for Hotel Keycard No. 107 and three Smoke Grenade Traps. If you also use services like U4GM for game currency or item needs, it pairs well with planning future loot runs around that hotel keycard.
