I'm in a bit of a panic right now because my QX70 just started making this horrible grinding noise from the front wheels whenever I brake, and on top of that the check engine light came on this morning which is just fantastic timing since I have a road trip planned to Fujairah this weekend. I'm based in Dubai and work near Media City, so I can't really afford to have my car sitting in a garage for days while I figure out alternative transport. I've heard about 800Sayara from a colleague who used them for his Nissan and said they were decent, but I'm always cautious when it comes to my Infiniti because these cars have so much electronic integration that you need someone who really understands the brand. What I'm hoping for is fast Infiniti repair by 800Sayara Dubai because I need this sorted before the weekend and I don't have time for the usual garage runaround where they keep your car for a week and give you vague updates. Has anyone here actually used them for brake work or engine diagnostics on their Infiniti? I'm specifically worried about whether they use genuine Infiniti parts or aftermarket stuff, and if their diagnostic equipment can actually read all the proprietary codes that these cars throw. I'd really appreciate some honest feedback because I'm torn between the convenience of a mobile service and my fear of ending up with a half-fixed car that causes bigger problems later. Also, how do their prices compare to the dealership or a specialist garage, are they reasonable or do you pay a premium for the pickup and delivery? Any experiences good or bad would be super helpful right now.
