I’m opening a small craft cocktail bar in Austin, TX, and I need high-quality bar neon signs that can handle humid conditions (outdoor patio area). I’ve been looking at neon signs for sale everywhere – Etsy, Amazon, Alibaba – but most seem like low-quality imports that’ll die in six months.



A friend recommended Oasis Neon Signs USA, saying they makecustom LED neon signs specifically for commercial use. Their website claims their neon light signs are shatterproof, cool to the touch, and last 50,000+ hours. That sounds perfect for a bar environment where glass neon would be a hazard.



Has anyone used them for actual business signage? I’m planning to get a custom neon light with my bar’s logo and maybe a cocktail glass shape. I also see they offer music neon signs and love neon signs – might grab a couple for the lounge area.



What I need to know: How’s their customer service if something arrives damaged? Do they offer dimmers? Can they match specific Pantone colors? I’ve been burned before by custom neon signs that looked nothing like the proof.



Also curious if they offer bulk discounts. I might order 3-4 neon signs total. Anyone with real experience – please share before I drop a few grand. Thanks!
