I wanted to understand a few practical aspects from those who have already worked on this:

How reliable is WhatsApp delivery in Uganda compared to SMS?

Any challenges with template approvals or compliance for local businesses?

Best approach for integrating WhatsApp API with CRM or backend systems?

Are there providers that offer stable routing and support for African markets specifically?

From my research, WhatsApp seems to offer much better engagement and user trust compared to traditional channels, but I’m trying to evaluate real-world performance and limitations before finalizing the setup.
